Who is "Terrace Martin?" - Listen......
Love is a complicated human emotion. It's affected millions of people in the course of history through its various forms and been the motivation for some of the most notable art.
For acclaimed Los Angeles producer and musician Terrace Martin, love and music go hand in hand, so it's no surprise that his latest and most personal project focuses on the emotional ride love can take you on. Inspired by the classic Marvin Gaye album of the same name, "Here, My Dear" is a collaborative effort between Terrace and radio personality Devi Dev.
The two came together and merged their extensive life and music industry experience to create a musical scrapbook of love and its stories.
The project showcases the varying depths and levels love inflicts people with, from the initial euphoria of falling into it to the numbing moment when you realize it's all over. Set to an impressively wide array of musical compositions, "Here, My Dear" gives its listeners a passionate firsthand account of a lover's complex journey.
Featuring the diverse talents of artists like Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar, Charlie Wilson, Kurupt, U-N-I, Murs, Bad Lucc, Kenneth Crouch (pianist), Wiz Khalifa, and many more, the CD creates the perfect backdrop for such an ambitious undertaking.
From foolish joy to the madness of losing trust, anger and everything in between, "Here, My Dear" uses raw music to personify the essence of the universal language we call love.

The Searching for Bobby Fischer project was birthed from an observation of greatness. When greatness disappears, the witnesses of that greatness long for its return. Like Bobby Fischer for instance. He was arguably the greatest chess player in history and when he disappeared, the world hungered for his return. Michael Jordan, Babe Ruth, Pac, B.I.G, and countless others were examples of this. They all chose not to settle for the one square, one directional movements and instead, decided to promote to something greater. The funny thing is we all have the potential to be as good, if not better than all of them. But we're too busy being pawns. This is my pursuit of greatness. "Time to promote".
